Smooth process, good communication generally and car delivered before date originally scheduled which was very beneficial as the previous lease car had been returned and we had a potential six week gap between vehicles

Always a seamless service - Theresa is so good at her job. I needed specific timings at drop and pickup. Her communication is second to none. I used to have a landrover and the dealership was painful to deal with.
