The mini centre was great. I don't have any complaints. I've had an issue with the nick on the door which they have sorted out straight away with no concerns. I was pleased with the salesman and the handover.

Oliver and Vines were excellent however seriously let down by Mini UKs IT systems issues not supporting or coping with a large widely publicised sales event. An excellent initial experience let down by delays and missed deadlines due to the IT issues

No pushy sales, just helpful advice throughout, was able to find us the exact spec we were looking for, unrushed handover with plenty of time given to setting up the vehicle for the two of us.
