I have had a great experience from ordering and taking delivery of my MINI at VINES, REDHILL. Oliver BEEGAN from the dealership kept me up to date throughout the build process of the MINI. I didn't feel pressurised in ordering the MINI.

The Sales Assistant was polite and friendly but made a few mistakes, did not always follow up promptly on questions and was difficult to get hold on the telephone. This survey is about Sales not Service as our Mini has not had a service appointment.
