Sadly, the one thing that I wanted (folding mirrors on locking the doors) didn't come with the package I bought - it had been mis-sold to me by an inexperienced member of staff; the team, however, have done all that they can to apologise for this.
Teresa was on holiday - so on arrival not clear where to go to book car in. Nowhere to park car on arrival. & service (car in garage) for 9hr! - and then car not cleaned.
Handover was done very quickly and my wife was very disappointed that there was no flowers or a bottle of bubbly in the car, something that other dealers have done in the past when we have purchased a new car.
Didn't wash my car which I feel for the price this could be included.

I often felt pushed to spend money that I didn't want to or plan to. For example, when discussing what to do at the end of my PCP agreement, I was then asked "how much deposit would you like to put down on a new car today"

The service technician was thankfully quick thinking enough to shut my boot & not let the cat ?? out and were kind enough to let me into their workshop to retrieve him. None the worse for wear I might add....so glad the mini hasn't a bigger boot!
