Really happy with my experience. Originally I was looking at 2 different makes of cars but the service was excellent at mini. Delivery of the car was delayed due to fault with mini but Joshua made sure I had a hire car to keep me on the road.

Not completely happy with Vines as now charging for collection. Even though I said I had just had knee surge surgery and unable to drive at the moment. Not a good response for long standing customers

I was spoken to about what was needed and given the price for the work to be done which was nicer than the mechanics doing the work and billing me after. It allowed me to be in control and not worry about final cost of work.

The service we get from Teresa is excellent, she is always very helpful and knowledgeable. The one negative point I would raise is the cost. For an oil and filter change £ 260 seems a lot of money.

I used to take my old Honda to a Honda garage for the service and they'd always clean it as well- Mini don't seem to do this but considering the price and the fact that you have the facilities on site to also clean the cars, I was very disappointed
